The Joule Mission

Power the future of AI and high-performance computing by building the world’s leading reliable, and abundant behind-the-meter private grid.

Joule: Power is
our namesake.

Joule is the standard unit of energy. The campus of Joule’s focus is on energy abundance. We are creating the Joule BetterGrid, set on creating the standard for energy abundance, diversity, sustainability, and efficiency.

As we achieve this goal, we will unleash the power of energy to create an advanced high performance compute campus, furthering the goal of the United States to be home to the world’s most secure and advanced Sovereign AI models.

Additionally, Joule will employ this energy abundance to further the aim of bringing home advanced manufacturing. As we succeed, we bring with this success local, state and federal taxes and economic growth. Joule will grow employment for high skilled labor, drive wage growth in the area, create tech training centers, provide apprenticeships, and economic prosperity.

Joule’s Power Principles

Empowering hyperscalers with integrated, resilient infrastructure for AI-scale compute—delivering speed, certainty, and sustainability on entitled Utah land.

Deploy with Velocity

Phased rollout on 4,000 acres, with 1.5 GW entitled power and March 2026 equipment delivery, slashing time-to-gigawatt for your AI edge.

Power Without Limits

Behind-the-meter, modular generation—99.999% uptime, grid-independent.

Sustain the Future

Versatile for gas, SMRs, solar, geothermal, and fuel cells; 10,000+ acre-feet water rights and low-emission design to meet your ESG goals without compromise.

Scale Seamlessly

Distributed across six 200-acre parcels with existing grid ties and entitlements, engineered for high-density tenants to expand without bottlenecks.

Integrate for Impact

BetterGrid model fuses energy and compute for resilient, accelerated deployment—your breakthroughs, our shared infrastructure backbone.
